All information and content including any software programs available on or through the Site ("Content") is protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any Content available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes.

You agree that Businesim LTD is a mere agent for the providers of services available through the site, including but not limited to travel services. Any and all claims regarding any failure or breach with respect to the services offered through the site are limited to claims against any and all service providers. Businesim LTD hereby disclaims any liability, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, including without limitation liability for any direct, indirect, punitive, consequential, incidental or special damages, in connection with the goods or services provided by any carrier or other supplier through the site, including without limitation liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be incurred through the fault, negligent or otherwise, of such carrier or supplier and you hereby exonerate Businesim LTD from any liability with respect to the same.

Messages by non-spokesperson employees of Businesim LTD purporting to speak on behalf of Businesim LTD or containing confidential information or expressing opinions concerning Businesim LTD.
Messages that offer unauthorized downloads of any copyrighted or private information.
Multiple messages placed within individual folders by the same user restating the same point.
 

9. Transmission of Personal Data
 

We keep the data but data are not shared neither disclosed to any third party. User acknowledges and agrees that by providing Businesim LTD with any personal or proprietary user information through the Site, user consents to the transmission of such personal or proprietary user information over international borders as necessary for processing in accordance with Businesim LTD standard business practices. User should be aware that Linked Sites may contain transmission of personal data provisions that differ from the provisions provided herein. 14. Jurisdiction/Governing Law
Users of this Site agree to submit to the laws of the Bulgaria and applicable the law of European Union and international law without regard to conflicts of laws principles.

 
15. Periodical top-ups
businesim cards that are in use must be toped-up at least once every 3 months with a minimum to-up value of 20€,otherwise the sim can be temporary blocked untill the cardholder applies the above mentioned directive.

16. Security Policy

In order to guard you against fraud during payment with your Visa or MasterCard card, we apply best practices recommended by the international card organizations:

• The security during entry and transport of card data is provided by the use of an SSL protocol for encryption of the connection between our server and the payment server of our servicing bank.  
• The authenticity of your card is checked by the verification of the card verification value (CVV2) .
• In addition, for your identification as the authentic cardholder, the payment server of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of the international card organizations – “Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard SecureCode”, in case you are registered to use them.
  

17. Purchase Tems

• We accept the following cards: MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY. Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will be accepted only if it is registered for participation in the online authentication schemes Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.  
• Please check with your card issuer if your card is open for Internet transactions. 
• The maximum amount per transaction is BGN 10,000 about 5,000€.  
• For you identification as the authentic cardholder, the e-commerce payment server of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of the international card organizations – Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. In case you are registered by your card issuer for participation in those schemes, on your screen will be displayed an authentication page where you have to enter your password.

18. Delivery Policy

• You will receive the ordered businesim envelope including businesim starter kit ( businesim card , 20€ scratch card ,user’s manual and quick user’s guide) by registered post within 7-15 working days from date of  your successful order/payment, to your registered address .
• The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail (to your registered  email address ) as soon as the order is shipped.. 

19. Refund Policy
